Description:

You are invited to set some time aside to commune with nature by spending two and 1/4thdays in nature in the backyard here at Campo De Medicina with Energy Science Practitioner, Shauntel Gaines.  Where we immerse ourselves in the essence of the Great Mother Gaia; explore how we are directly connected to her; how our energy flows; and how we can implement this awareness into our everyday interaction with ourselves and others in this space, we will connect to the ancient way of being in direct connection with the divine mother through Fire and Cacao Ceremonies, Movement (Dance, Yoga, Nature Walks), Breathe Work, Meditation, Discussions, Camping (which is totally optional), and Silent Introspection. 

If you choose to camp you will need Camping Gear to support yourself for the duration of the Retreat.  If you are new to camping, DON’T FRET!  Shauntel is able to guide you through the process, there will be informational meetings to make sure everyone has what they need. You may bring your yoga mat/rug, and any other items for support and comfort such as bolsters, straps, instruments, and alter items. This event is Rain or Shine as we will embrace our connection to Gaia as we have done the rest of life.
