Spring Equinox is the time we celebrate the coming to life of things within us and around us, the day of equal balance of light and dark. Notice what is new life is springing up around us, what nature is presenting and reflecting in our lives. After the dark days of winter, we begin to feel ourselves coming alive again. From now until the Summer Solstice the days will become longer shining its light to support deeper levels of growth and abundance. We take this time to pause and reflect what 2024 has brought so far. All those seeds planted in winter are now beginning to sprout and needing nurtured. On this day we lean into finding our balance within and around us.
