As humans we need touch. For those who are healing from touch and consent trauma, getting touch needs met can be challenging. This event will give tools for speaking our needs and personal boundaries. We will discuss the 4 F's of the trauma response and how that response plays a part in touch interactions.

We will engage in exercises and trust building activities to put these tools into practice. All activities, except for the welcome circle, are OPTIONAL. Some participants may want to simply observe, and that is welcome!

This event is part of a monthly platonic touch cirlce series. While the other monthly circles include an open mingle at the end, this event will only focus on safety and connection activies---NO OPEN MINGLE.

Attendees MUST:

-Be 18+ years of age

-Be sober.
