What is Transformational Breathwork?

Unlike other Breathwork sessions, we will first have an educational, 1 on 1 exploration, analyzation and interpretation of our breathing pattern to reveal hidden messages found within our specific breath cycle. We will each gain a clear understanding of how it directly influences our life’s experiences on a daily basis, then move into utilizing this newfound, natural breath pattern to begin a relaxed, conscious and circular breathing pattern to unlock, light up and activate every cell in the body. This will leave us in a state of euphoria, feeling completely different than how we showed up, and also give us a brand new open breath pattern with other tools, to utilize and continue to transform our daily lives in a whole new way!
