What is Transformational Breathwork?

Unlike other Breathwork sessions, we will first have an educational, 1 on 1 exploration, analyzation and interpretation of our breathing pattern to reveal hidden messages found within our specific breath cycle. We will each gain a clear understanding of how it directly influences our life’s experiences on a daily basis, then move into utilizing this newfound, natural breath pattern to begin a relaxed, conscious and circular breathing pattern to unlock, light up and activate every cell in the body. This will leave us in a state of euphoria, feeling completely different than how we showed up, and also give us a brand new open breath pattern with other tools, to utilize and continue to transform our daily lives in a whole new way! Alva Marie Ways has been a certified Transformational Breathwork facilitator since 2012. She currently resides and facilitates daily + weekly group and private sessions in Fort Myers, FL, where she works closely with the medical community and hospitals, helping patients break free of old breathing and life patterns, teaching them how to heal themselves from the inside out. She has logged thousands of hours in facilitating all over the world and is an expert at understanding breath patterns.

Tara Goodman Culp has been in the healing industry with a passion for helping people come into their bodies through postural alignment and breathing through her structural manipulation techniques, as a clinical massage therapist for over 20 years. Transformational Breathwork found her 7 years ago after she decided to start breaking free of the many addictions naturally accumulated through generational programming and living in survival mode from a very young age. This transformative style of breathwork catapulted her to new heights of living where she transformed her entire reality, and developed a passion to share this powerful modality with as many people as possible!
