Come join us for a meditative walk in the woods on the Hill Loop and Split Rock Trails at Latta Preserve in Huntersville. As the temperatures drop and the leaves begin to change color, we'll explore the forest and how it makes us feel by noticing the smells, sounds, and textures surrounding us along the way.
