Heart-to-Heart: The Essence of Tantra & Embodied Intimacy for Individuals and Beyond
This 6-session in-person class series is dedicated to laying the foundations of an Embodied Tantric practice through gently guided consent-based techniques using Breath, Movement & Energy Play to enhance awareness, practice presence, and nurture authentic connection.
Classes are held in the cozy, tree-surrounded setting of Sacred Roots Cabin, conveniently located near midtown Charlotte yet tucked into a peaceful wooded environment.
