We're meeting to practice the very simple, but deeply intimate and profound act of gazing into each other's eyes. Being somewhat comfortable with eye contact can be a huge help in spiritual growth and personal development, and this event offers space to explore that practice with others.

There won't be too much instruction beforehand, because the practice is unique for every person who does it. Some find it meditative, intense, emotional, profound, intimate, hilarious, among other things. You don't need to hold in any emotional expression while eye-gazing. Whether it's laughter, teary eyes, or even getting distracted and looking away often; there are no mistakes. Think of it like breath meditation, but instead of the breath, we're continuously bringing our awareness back to our partner's eyes.
