Join us at Sacred Roots as we explore embodied connections - with your body, the space we're in, and with each other. We typically begin with an attunement practice to help you connect with your natural supports - your “wholebody,” the earth which holds us up, the sky which receives us, gravity and the space we're in which hold us, and the interpersonal field or Wespace we create together.

This grounding helps the nervous system settle and feel resourced, creating ideal conditions for authentic connection. We'll explore a variety of practices including those which support reading relational fields, staying grounded during intensity, and trusting the natural intelligence of connection with self and other.

We encourage sacred reciprocity (Ayni) at all of our events to support the Sacred Roots Spiritual Community and the facilitators who have undergone training and giving their time for these offerings.
