This experiential workshop will support participants in understanding and communicating needs, boundaries and desires.

This workshop is for singles and couples and will be for people of all gender affiliations.

We will begin with teachings on consent and learning to access the sensation of “yes” and “no” in the body.

We will explore learning to communicate what we want and what feels uncomfortable in a safe container through experiential activities, self inquiry and discussion.

This workshop will help each of us reprogram our understanding of intimacy and loving touch outside of the realm of sexuality and we can find a new depth of understanding our own conditioning around true intimacy, touch and authentic communication.

We will be using aspects of Internal Family Systems and Non Violent Communication skills as well as deepen somatic awareness of energetic and sensational communication between the body and the mind.

This workshop is a prerequisite for future ongoing opportunities for continuing to deepen and experience conscious intimacy with others in a safe container.

This workshop is ideal for single people who are touch and intimacy deprived as well as for partners who would like to deepen their connection and self-awareness.
