A 2-hour embodied ceremony for releasing what no longer serves - and discovering what can grow in it's place.

Grief can be a tricky emotion to tackle alone. Join us for a guided ritual rooted in Somatics, Parts work, and the cleansing element of Fire. Through grounding movement, reflective writing, and a burning ritual with space to express, we'll create a container to name what we're releasing, honor what it gave us, and make space for whatever wants to grow next.

There is no right or wrong way to grieve. This event draws on the understanding that grief unfolds naturally when held by community.

What to expect:

◆ Guided somatics exercises to ground into the space, and later on for help with Integration

◆ A brief parts talk exploring how what we miss may be more related to parts of ourselves than we thought
