BREATHWORK
Tara Marie Goodman, aka Clarity with Tara, has been in the healing industry working with the body and breath for over 20 years. Her personal conscious-connected circular breathing practice began in 2018, after quitting drinking alcohol in 2016, then all medications shortly after, and started searching for new healthier ways to balance her nervous system and state of mind with, like meditation and yoga, but finding this practice completely catapulted and changed her life rapidly. Since then she’s had a self practice and attended educational retreats around the world, and in 2021 she was introduced a more specific practice called Transformational Breath, that also utilizes touch, movement and sound. Through this foundation she acquired her personal and teaching breathwork certifications and is always looking for opportunities to share the life changing work.
VOCAL ACTIVATION
Sarah began her vocal journey when she was a little girl; singing harmonies and playing music that inspired her. In 2017 she began her yoga teacher studies that provoked a deeper understanding of how vibration affects the nervous system and how to use vocal toning as a form of breathwork and attunement. Since then Sarah has been doing a lot of practicing, playing Harmonium and studying classical Indian music systems that are part of Bhakti and Nada Yoga traditions. She deeply enjoys sharing music and mantra as a love language.
