About the Guide:

Lauren Lapoint is a trained breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, and somatic guide. She has been immersed in body-based practices since 2015, focusing on breath and somatic healing since 2020. Blending Eastern wisdom with Western science, she weaves breath, sound, and somatic awareness into safe, transformative experiences.
