Join Bodhi and John at Sacred Roots cabin October 9–11 for an ancestor workshop. We will explore what we inherit, what we are ready to release, and what we choose to carry forward.

Aligning with the new moon—a time associated with fresh beginnings—and within the natural turning of autumn, the weekend invites us to transform changing season into threshold by releasing inherited burdens while consciously embracing the gifts, strengths, and wisdom of our lineages.

Through communal reflection, ritual, meditation, time in nature, IFS-informed practices, Indigenous wisdom traditions, and lived experience, we’ll explore ancestry not only as something behind us, but also alive in us now and guiding our futures.

The gathering will take place primarily at Sacred Roots cabin but will also include an off-site speaking component exploring ancestors, ancestry, and our relationship to inherited burdens and gifts.
