Hello, I'm the founder of Finding Your Light, which came to life in 2022. My journey towards self-discovery and healing began after experiencing some significant life changes. I was determined to find answers to the fundamental questions of "Who am I?" and "What do I want my life to look like?"

My quest for self-healing has been an enriching and transformative process. I explored various avenues to gain insights and clarity, including therapy, attending classes, devouring books, journaling my thoughts and feelings, practicing yoga, and embracing meditation. Along this path, I ventured into the realm of healing techniques, seeking guidance from numerous practitioners, engaging in deep conversations, and engaging in soul-searching.
